OIC Halal Expo, one of the largest and most important exhibitions in the halal sector, is opening its doors on November 2020 in Istanbul, Turkey. From November 26 to 29 hundreds of exhibitors and tens of thousands of visitors from all over the globe will be brought together for the 8^th year in an event that has become a milestone in the region’s halal market.

With the participation of important professionals from various halal sectors from 36 countries from Middle East, Africa and Europe, OIC Halal Expo is offering the ideal environment for the introduction of Businesses from South Eastern Europe in the halal market.

Last year OIC Halal Expo hosted more than 378 exhibitors from 36 different countries and the visitors, coming from 94 countries, reached 34.865.

Parallel events are also being held at the same exhibition center, the most important being World Halal Summit – the greatest halal conference in the world – with the participation of 9000 conferrers from 25 countries. Moreover, numerous B2B Meetings were arranged, in which 500 hosted buyers had the opportunity to connect to exhibitors and develop cooperation. This year, Greekexports will have its own selected buyers included in that program to assist the companies promote the products from the S.E.E region.

Additional events include the International Chef Championship where international chefs compete in 13 different categories and the Start Up Zone where new businessmen introduce innovative projects relevant to the halal sector.
